Came in without an appointment due to emergency with vehicle running hot and engine light suddenly on. They took my vehicle in diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and fully repaired and ready to be picked up in 3 hours. They were upfront with the issue was well as other problems that need to be addressed soon. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was much less than originally quoted after they credited me with a discount that I was not expecting but so grateful for, as this was an expensive repair. Awesome customer service. They are good with communicating what is needed for your vehicle and what is not. I had one issue I was concerned about with the vehicle prior to bringing it in. The technicians relayed good information about the issue and eased my worries. I can also tell from the response that he did a good assessment of the vehicle and not just give a generic answer or say I needed an expensive repair.

Brought my Tundra for a camera software recall/update. Was able to take care of it very quickly after receiving the recall notification. Service was quick, efficient and within my budget. Service Advisor, Victor McNab is honest. He explained what was done, presenting detailed invoice, repair estimates of work that needs to be done in the future.
Fast courteous personal, they listened to my concerns and requests. Also took time to explain in detail the function of the cars computer systems.
The first vehicle I bought there I was lied to over and over. Met Ms. Renee who asked I give her a chance and she is absolutely wonderful. Bought second car in a year and will only deal with her in future.

Service is good but even though I said I'd wait they sent a text. Prices are high even just for the labor. Once done, they left they keys in the vehicle instead of handing them to me. Anyone could have walked up and drove off. Lastly, I left my volume low and on a certain station. When I got in, the radio was off but when I turned it on, the volume was up and on the I'd.

Service done I. Timely manner. Do check fine print if use coupon. They can charge you for things that you are not expecting to be charged on top of coupon, and is not just tax.

I just got the car back, but the service was very nice while I was waiting. The check in process was efficient. The evaluated what my car was worth. They explained what they fixed. Waiting room was clean. Bathroom clean. Bench outside for sitting.
I needed a new battery immediately and I was able to make my appointment over the phone and they serviced me the same day. The whole process didn't take long at all.
. On 11/10/2025 SDC(?) Ryan Browder checked in my suv for servicing, specifically a battery replacement. He was efficient, personable while handling the task with myself and the shop technician. Definitely an asset to Bohn Group 1 organization! Thanks guys.

Service was excellent as well as customer service. Transportation was also provided while our vehicle was being serviced.
I stopped by with my Toyota Highlander to get an estimate of how much it would cost to reseal the transfer case from which oil leaks. The dealer refused to quote me a price and refused to repair it unless I would have them also fix a myriad of other issues they say will cost thousands of dollars. I was already aware of the other issues and was only interested in them giving me a price to repair the one item to which they refused. For my purposes the Bohn Toyota dealership is honestly useless.

Sales rep told me $22,000 for trade in but contract says $20,000 they use a tablet to sign financial papers and makes it hard to see the numbers. They also tried to add warranty coverage without asking but I was able to cancel.
